CRITERIA:
Blood Fiction is an anthology series that features topics of violence (blood) psychologically, emotionally, physically, mentally, or implied.
Any genre is considered.
Most important is the work must have a solid ending. Satisfying, strong, expected but not-predictable.
Submissions should be between 2k-4k words. Longer submissions will be considered but only if queried first.
Authors must sign a contract giving the rights to publish the story in the anthology. That's all the rights we ask beside potentially a 'greatest hits' volume compiled from all the volumes.
Previously published material sold to other publishers is fine but authors must be able to sign a contract which states that they own the rights to the story and those rights give us the right to publish the story in the anthology.
Compensation can vary but is usually a paperback copy of the anthology.
